The disabled man died on the scene.
Local law enforcement officers were called to the scene at about 8.30pm.
They found a group of people looking at the dead body on the sofa.
The sofa was covered with a white sheet and there was blood on the floor.

“It is believed that five men were sitting in the room chatting, when they saw a hand holding a firearm pointing through an open window.
“Two shots where fired, hitting the one man in his head and shoulder,” says Capt Thabo Sibuyi, SAPS spokesman.
Paramedics were called and declared the man dead on the scene.
Sibuyi says the reason for the shooting is unknown and no arrests have been made.
Police are investigating a case of murder.
