Have a plan for your money

By following these few steps, you can ensure that you spend your money wisely.

• Have a plan on what and how much you will be spending on.

• Write down your needs and wants and then prioritise.

• Save a certain percentage of the money you will be getting.

• Pay off the little debts that accumulate and make up a large amount of what your monthly salary/wage is used on.

• Put aside money that you will need to use in January when all the fun is over.

• Then you can spend some of it on having a good time.

Make sure that you don’t spend all your extra money on fun alone, as the consequences will be dire come the beginning of the year.
