When a woman left her house in Mokone Street, White City at 6.30pm, everything was in order, but when she returned at 4.30am on Saturday, she noticed her house had been broken into.
W/O David Mphali, police spokesman, says the woman claims the padlock had been removed and she became suspicious.
Upon further investigation she noticed the DVD player and clothes were removed from the house.
No arrests have been made.
