The robbery took place on Sunday, at around 12.30am, in Thema Road, KwaThema.
KwaThema police spokesman W/O David Mphali, says the owner of the house checked if the door was locked and the windows were closed before he went to bed.
When he woke up at 7am, he noticed the TV was missing.
“The owner of the house checked to see what else was missing and found the coffee machine and toaster were taken as well,” says Mphali.
It is not sure how the suspects gained entry but the man found the door wasn’t locked but the security door was locked.
