According to Duduza police spokesperson, W/O Imtiaz Yakub Rasool, the incident took place on Sunday November 1 at about 8.20pm, where a body of an African male was discovered along Mandela Road, Bluegum View, in Duduza, at an accident scene.
“The deceased was hit by a car and was declared dead by paramedics on the scene.
“Questioning in the area of the accident has so far been unsuccessful, hence we would like for help in identifying the victim.
“The man had no identification on him and no one is the area seems to know who he is or where he is from,” says Rasool.
