The event will be hosted on November 13, at the KwaThema Community Hall, at the corner of Job Maseko and Nkosi streets.

“From 9am we will gather for a procession that will start at the Shell garage on Thema Road.

“The purpose of this event is to pray for individuals abusing substances, the killing of police officers, protection of all law enforcement officers, police brutality, domestic issues that lead to suicide and family killings, and corruption in the country.

“We will also have a conversation with different stakeholders to address certain community concerns, so all parties involved can find a way of working together,” says Local Drug Action Committee chairperson, Thabang Xaba.
