Buka says her neighbour started building on her stand last year.
She tried to communicate with him but he refused to listen to her.
She explains the ward councillor Mtumeleni Nditha tried to resolve the issue by requesting that she and her neighbour to leave a space of 10cm between them.
Buka complains the neighbour comes to her at the end of every month and sometimes makes threats to her family.
According to Ward 81 councillor, Mtumeleni Nditha he has tried to resolve the issue but it seems there is a dispute between the neighbors which cannot be solved.
Nditha says he has reported the matter to the relevant department and is waiting for response for a solution.
The African Reporter could not find the neighbour for comment at this stage as he no longer resides in the area.
