The joy was written on the faces of the senior citizens at Tsakane Old Age Home when the paper donated the razors (which were donated to us by a member of the community) to them.
The handover was done on Monday.
One of the recipients Stanely Dube said he is happy about the donation.
He said because the razors are easy to use, then he will also be able to shave himself.
Phoko Mongale, centre manager also thanked the African Reporter for the donation.
Mongale explained that with the load shedding that hit all parts of the country, the razors will help them shave the old people without having to worry about electricity.
“The razors will be there to ensure that the senior citizens look handsome all the time whether the electricity is there or not,” concluded excited Mongale.
