KwaThema police spokesman Captain Mandla Phori says the suspects were arrested i separate incidents at Ekuthuleni informal settlement in KwaThema.
He says the first arrest was at 11.20am after the police received a tip-off from the community.
Phori says the suspect was arrested after she was found with dagga.
The second incident took place at around 11.45am.
Phori explains the suspect was found with nyaope to the street value of R5 000.
Both suspects are facing charges of possession of drugs and have appeared in KwaThema Magistrate’s Court.
The information about what happened in court was not available by the time of going to print.
