Tsakane community thanked for fighting against crime

The Tsakane police thank the community for their help in a fight against crime.

According to Tsakane police spokesman Captain Petros Mabuza, the Tsakane community is helping the police to put behind the bars criminals in that area.

He says the community took a step of patrolling on their streets and calling the police when they witness the crime in action.

He reveals that despite the work done by the community, crime such as assault and domestic violence are on the rise.

“Assault is a criminal offence, talk about your differences and come up with a solution to avoid domestic violence,” advised Mabuza.
