Plenty of tyre smoke expected at fifth round of the SA Drift Champs
Plenty of tyre smoke is expected on Saturday at the fifth round of the SA Drift Champs to be held at the Rock Raceway.
The drift judges will determine the podium winners in the all out drift battle in the gold cup eliminations division.
All is not lost for the competitors who do not qualify for the gold cup as there are also silver cup eliminations which will ensure drifters get a second chance to impress the drift judges.

The drift masters will take to the track, laid out by the judges, as they try impress them with their style, flair and sideways antics without losing the drift.
Come and enjoy the sideways Milwaukee as the drifters purposefully smoke and shred tyres.
Gates open at 10am for drifters to practice before the main event gets underway at 4pm.
Food and refreshment will be on sale.
