Don’t allow procrastination to deter you from chasing your dreams

How many times did you come up with a bright idea or plan to improve your life, but just when you were supposed to start building the foundation, you convinced yourself you will do it the later?

You come up with excuses and convince yourself that it is not the right time to implement the plan.

You look around and see only negative things that might affect the success of the idea.

You know very well that this is a million-dollar plan, but the inner person who is always in doubt convinces you not to go ahead with it.

I have in recent weeks buried my head in motivational books and talks, trying to empower myself and change how I view things in life, be they good or bad.

I have realised that the problem is not that I don’t have good ideas to move up to the next step in life or achieve my dreams, but that procrastination is the main stumbling block.

I know great leaders and successful business people didn’t make it in life by procrastinating.

Also, it is not that they didn’t feel the need to postpone the implementation of their ideas, but rather that they decided to fight and continued pushing.

I am not saying this is going to be easy, but every success comes with breaking a sweat and hard work.

Be ready to have fewer hours of sleep and to put more hours into seeing the plans through.

Arm yourself with knowledge and read stories about successful people who failed but never gave up.

Always remember that there is nothing wrong in failing, but in complaining that there are not enough hours in a day for you to work on your plans.

You are the best.

Get out there and make your dreams come true.
