KwaThema young runners to compete in provincial competition
“Together with their teachers have been preparing since the beginning of the year."
KwaThema- Two learners from Langaville Primary School will participate in the provincial cross country athletic marathon in Hammanskraal.
This comes after the two made it in the district athletic marathon hosted in Nigel last weekend.
The two will compete on September 2.
School principal, Khosi Mahlangu says she is proud of the learners for making it this far in the competition.
“Together with their teachers they’ve been preparing since the beginning of the year.
“They are still at it and we are giving them all the support they need.
“We are hoping they will make it to the nationals,” she says.
