Business robbery at KwaThema High School

KwaThema - Managed (39) alleges that his storeroom at KwaThema Primary School was broken into between July 14 at 7pm and July 15 at about 7am.

On Friday evening, the complainant allegedly went to his room situated on the school premises.

KwaThema police spokesman, Captain Thabo Sibuyi, says it is alleged that when the complainant went to sleep, all was in order with the windows and the door closed.

“The next day, however, at about 7am, he was called by the patrollers who informed him that the storeroom had been broken into.

“When schools re-opened for the third term and the staff checked what had gone missing, they discovered that a step ladder, portable welding machine, oil welding machine, chain saw, shifting spanner and a rivet gun had been stolen.

“The police are investigating a case of business burglary. Anyone with information should inform the police on 011 812 4608,” he says.
