This comes after a 19-year-old girl was allegedly raped on Thursday evening.
“At about 9pm, the complainant says, she was at Duduza Rank waiting for a taxi to go home.
“While waiting she saw an unknown man approaching her.

“The man allegedly told the teenager to go with him as it was late for her to be alone on the street,” says police spokesman Capt Thabo Sibuyi.
She was scared because the man had something in his hand, so she followed the instruction and went with him.
“Upon arriving at the man’s home, the girl says she was instructed to undress and sleep and she did so, out of fear as she saw a big knife on the floor.
“The man then allegedly raped the girl.

“It is, however, unclear at this stage how and when she was able to escape,” says Sibuyi.
No arrests have been made but a case of rape is being investigated by the police.
