This was after the suspect allegedly stabbed a man (age unknown) on the road at Tsakane Ext Eight, Saturday night at about 11pm.

Police spokeswoman Sgt Lerato Mngomezulu says the victim was stabbed on the left side of his neck.
He was later declared dead on the scene by paramedics.
It is, however, unclear what the motive behind the killing is.

Police are investigating further while the suspect remains in police custody.
