According to police spokesmanW/O David Mphali KwaThema, the victim was approached by the robbers at 9.30pm, while walking in the street.
Three of the thugs were armed with firearms and pointed them at the victim.
“The robbers searched the victim and took R220 in cash and the victim’s cellphone,” says Mphali.
The police are investigating an armed robbery case and urge the community to come forward with information to assist them.
