This comes after officers stopped a motorist driving a car without a registration plate at the back and found it on the front seat.
Capt Petros Mabuza of Tsakane explains that upon further investigation, it was discovered the car was hijacked from its owner in Langaville Extension Seven on Saturday.
The suspect was arrested and will appear soon in the Tsakane Magistrates Court for hijacking and possession of a hijacked motor vehicle.
