Benefit concert in KwaThema
KwaThema - Gospel musicians, business people and performing arts productions have come together to hold a benefit concert for a local woman.
The concert will take place on June 11 at 1pm, at the KwaThema Hall, with an amazing line-up of local and national gospel artists.
According to Oupa Sithela from Giya Africa, Florence Masango had a stroke last year and has been undergoing treatment since then which has taken a financial toll on her and her family.
Sithela says Masango is an active member in the community, taking care of orphans and underprivileged children.
“We want to ease her burden by doing this concert because she has done so much to assist other less privileged people in our community,” explains Sithela.
Members of the community and entrepreneurs are urged to be a part of this benefit concert and may make any form of donations on the day.
