Clash of the titans

Kwatsaduza - Orlando Pirates will take on Kaizer Chiefs on Saturday in the Absa Premier League game at the FNB Stadium.

This game, which will see the two soccer giant teams battle it out on the pitch, has attracted the attention of local supporters.

Buccaneer supporter Rangoane Makgabutlane says he is confident that they will this time around.

Pirates hasn’t been performing well recently but I’m confident that will bring their ‘A’ game on Saturday,” he says.

But Amakhosi’s diehard fan Teka Matsepane begs to differ, saying his team has a better chance of winning against their biggest competitor.

“We are currently sitting on the number four position on the log, whereas the Buccaneers are on position 14.

“Judging from their recent games, this will be a walk in the park for Amakhosi,” says the confident Amakhosi supporter.

Both supporters say they look forward to going to the stadium and will be geared up in their supporters outfits.

Makgabutlane confidently states that the match will end in a 1-0 win to the Buccaneers.

While Matsepane says it’s unlikely that an under-performing team will secure a win against them.

“Amakhosi will definitely thrash Pirates 2-0,” he adds.
