Matric exam timetable

Kwatsaduza – Matriculants have reached their last week of national senior certificate (NSC) exams.

Below is week five of the examination timetable to help parents and guardians keep track with the schedules, dates and times of the exams.

n Thursday, November 19: History paper two, maritime economics paper and the equine studies paper from 9am.

n Thursday, November 19: Dramatic arts paper and the mechanical technology exam from 2pm.

n Friday, November 20: Music paper two comprehension from 2pm.

n Monday, November 23: Agricultural science paper two and the nautical science paper two from 9am.

n Monday, November 23: Religion studies paper two from 2pm.

n Tuesday, November 24: IsiZulu, isiXhosa, Siswati, isiNdebele home language and first additional language paper three from 9am.

n Tuesday, November 24: Electrical technology and tourism papers from 2pm.

n Wednesday, November 25: English home language and first additional language paper three from 9am.

n Wednesday, November 25: Agricultural technology paper and the design paper from 2pm.

n Friday, November 27: Visual arts paper from 9am.

Centralised marking of the exams will commence from November 29 to December 14 at 10 marking venues and an additional marking session will be introduced from November 17 to 25 due to a significant shortages of markers in English home language and first additional language, Afrikaans first additional language and home language, religion studies and history.

The results will be released on January 5.
