Verbal Warning slither to victory

Tsakane - The Tsamaya League games were played at the Malandela Grounds last Sunday, where Verbal Warning took on the Mambas.

 

Verbal Warning did not seize to disappoint when they trounced Mambas 4-2.

The team proved to be unstopable and one to look out for in the league.

They played electrifying football as usual.

During the first half, Mambas were out to give Verbal Warning a run for their money, but goal machine Njabulo ‘Botende’ Ndela (39), impressed and got the first goal of the match moments later.

After which Mamba’s Wonder Makoa (31) scored the equalizing goal, putting more pressure on Verbal Warning to get another goal.

Lady luck was on Mambas side when Iwe Motsoele (35)got a penalty shot, which he shot on target putting them in the lead.

This wasn’t to be for long, as John Nkosi (35) followed with a marvelous goal for Verbal Warning ending the first half in a 2-2 draw.

Getting on to the field in the second half, Verbal Warning was on the war path, leaving no chance for Mambas to score any goals.

Sandile Pooe (33) and Njabulo Ndela (39) scored the two goals that gave Verbal Warning the 4-2 victory.
