Sinolwazi Youth Development to host seminar

Duduza - Sinolwazi Youth Development and other stakeholders will host a seminar for the community of Duduza to learn about basic business management skills.

The seminar will take place on July 15, and different banking institutions and SARS (South African Revenue Services) will be present to share expert advice and render help for existing businesses and NPOs.

Sinolwazi Youth Development saw the need to educate businesses, NPOs, local crèches and churches about bookkeeping, taxation and acquiring funding.

Thulani Ncala (33), founder of Ncamanzi Bookkeeping, explains he has been approached by many members of the community with queries about bookkeeping and he realised many organisations don’t have basic skills.

“We want the community to be aware and know more about handling their organisation’s documentation so they don’t get taken advantage of,” says Ncala.

The event will be held at the Monty Motloung Hall, in Ndudula Street, from 9am to 1pm.
