Kwatsaduza Athletics Club ready for competition

Kwatsaduza Athletics Club is training for the provincial championships.

After last year’s hard work by the members of Kwatsaduza Athletics Club saw them winning most of their races, they have started again with the hard work.

More than 30 members of the club will be taking part in the Gauteng Championships to be held at the Germiston Stadium tomorrow (Saturday).

Club’s chairman, Sparks Moagi said he is confident that his athletes will come home with victory.

“We are going to the race knowing that we will take home the win,” said confident Moagi.

Adding that this year, his athletes put in more hard work than they did to prepare for all last year’s races.

Moagi explained that the winners in this race will qualify to run in the South African Championships to be held in Bloemfontein later this year.

He appealed for support from the community of Kwatsaduza.

He concluded by mentioning that some of his athletes will be taking part in the secondary schools running competition which will be held at the Germiston Stadium today (Friday).
