LAFA eagerly anticipates track and field league

Langaville- The Langville Athletics and Fitness Club (LAFA) athletes recently completed the cross-country leg of the CGA competitions.

Langaville – The Langville Athletics and Fitness Club (LAFA) is ready for the Central Gauteng Athletics (CGA) Track and Field League.

“They are always excited for the next challenge. I am happy with how they performed in the cross-country.

“We look forward to better results when the athletes grow in their talents,” said Sakh Kgapola, the club’s founder and coach, who invites other youngsters to join them.

“There are many young children who would thrive in this environment. If you are a parent and know your child is gifted in athletics, please bring them to the club,” he said.

The club practices at the Ext 7 ground every week.
