Two arrested for drug dealing

The Last Battalion Anti-Crime alerted the police after following information about the dealings taking place at these two places.

Duduza – Two drug dealers were arrested during a raid by members Duduza SAPS and a neighbourhood patrol group known as the Last Battalion.

The suspects were found in possession of a huge consignment of recreational drugs along Mashini Street and at Masechaba Ext Two.

The Last Battalion Anti-Crime alerted the police after following information about the dealings taking place at these two places.

Duduza police spokesperson, Sergeant Harry Manaka said drugs such as Mandrax, crystal meth and dagga were confiscated during the raid.

The two are expected to appear before the Nigel Magistrate’s Court in the week.

The Duduza SAPS station commander, Lieutenant Colonel Sarah Mofokeng appreciated the commitment of the community in working with the police to eradicate criminal elements in our communities.
