Parents express their gratitude to teacher
Teacher Thandeka Gawula was thanked by parents.
Kwa-Thema – Parents of learners from Sakhelwe Primary School in Kwa-Thema expressed their gratitude for Thandeka Gawula who is a foundation phase teacher at the school.
Representing the parents, Emma Madingoane said: “Gawula groomed these learners as some are now leaving the school for higher grades.
“Gawula started with them in 2016 when they were in Grade One and taught them till Grade Three in 2018.”
Gawula is a teacher who encourages active participation by parents.
She calls parents to inform them of their children’s performance while also checking on how they are doing at home.
Madingoane said: “May God our Lord be with you and protect you while you do more for other learners.”
