Ballers win BLFA league
Ballers FC have been crowned winners of the BLFA games for the second time.
Tsakani – Ballers FC were crowned champions of the 2021/22 Brakpan Soccer League (BLFA) for the second year.
The team won 5-0 against TT United at Ext 15 sports ground.
Ballers FC started the league with guns blazing and determination and set out plans to be crowned champions.
Even though teams like Magic 10 FC, Broncoville FC, 17 Masters FC and Elco Santos FC put up a fight in the early days of the season they were ready to fight for their glory.

Unfortunately, other teams in the league failed to bare the pressure until Magic 10 FC stood the test until the final whistle.
BLFA Thuso Mtsweni explained that TT United FC moved to the ninth position in the log losing the spot in the top eight but continued their impressive late-season form.
Ballers FC needed a win to secure their top position on the log.
“They played 38 games, managed to win 32, drew twice, lost two games, scored 166 goals, 32 goals scored against, 134 goal difference with a total of 104 points.
“They won with a goal difference of 17 goals,” he explained.
In the second place Magic 10 FC won with 104 points while Elco Santos secured third place on the log with 79 points.
Mtshweni added that the success of the league games was made possible by the cooperation of the team managers, coaches, and referees, and by the hard work, commitment, persistence and perseverance shown during this season.
