New burial society for the underprivileged established

This is to help underprivileged families bury their loved ones anywhere in the country.

Kwatsaduza – A group of 180 residents came together on Saturday to empower themselves through the Amasirayela Burial Society.
This is to help underprivileged families bury their loved ones anywhere in the country.
The group is made up of traditional leaders and pastors.

Chairperson of the burial society Thambisizwe Gusha said they are aiming to attract members outside the province.
“Over the years, we have seen residents unable to bury their deceased loved ones due to a lack of funds.
“Through this cover, we hope to make a difference in their lives and ease the burden,” he added.
The joining fee for the burial society is R1.
