The pageant advocates for women empowerment and aims to recognise and empower mature, unmarried and independent women between the ages of 25 and 50 through philanthropy, fashion and beauty, with or without children.
“The aim is to see growth in women’s financial and emotional independence. For women to form business and social relationships so they can empower each other,” she said.
The organisation has partnered with ThyRest Restoration Home as part of its charity drive.
The home caters for women who have been victims or survivors of sexual abuse, rape, human trafficking and sex workers who want out.
Each finalist is tasked to raise funds that will be contributed to the home.
