Kwa-Thema – Police are investigating a case of murder after 37-year-old Thembinkosi Zwane of Malume Street in Extension Three sustained serious injuries during a robbery last Saturday.
It is alleged by family members of the deceased that he arrived home on Sunday with serious injuries and told the family he was attacked and robbed by unknown perpetrators.
The victim was then rushed to the hospital for medical attention.

Kwa-Thema police spokesperson Const Nkululeko Magudulela said police received a call from the Pholosong Hospital on Tuesday, informing them about a patient who had been admitted after being assaulted on Saturday and died the same day.
Police are investigating a case of murder and no arrests have been made.
Kwa-Thema SAPS pleads with anyone with information to come forward.
