Police appeal for info after fatal stabbing

“On arrival of the ambulance he was certified dead."

Tsakani – Local SAPS urged residents to help them locate those responsible for the senseless killing of an unknown man during the early hours of Saturday morning.
A woman reported hearing a man scream around 1.30am along Cornwell Street in Langaville Extension Five.
Ekurhuleni East Cluster SAPS spokesperson Sgt Maropeng Maphaya said the woman went outside to investigate and found a man, who introduced himself to her as Mandla, lying in the street.

“He had stab wounds to his lower and upper body.
“She immediately called an ambulance and police to the scene.
“On arrival of the ambulance, he was certified dead.
“The motive of the killing is unknown at this stage,” said Maphaya.

Police are appealing to the community to assist in tracing those involved.
