54 drivers arrested for drunk driving in Kwatsaduza
"The suspects were taken to Daveyton, Tsakane and Benoni police stations where the charge of driving while under the influence of alcohol were registered".
Kwatsaduza – 54 suspects have been arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol over the weekend.
The roadblock was carried-out at corner of Geluksdale and 12th road.

EMPD Media Liaison Officer, Kobeli Mokheseng says the drivers who were driving under the influence were attended to by the police.
” The police stopped and searched vehicles together with the occupants.

“They will appear in the Springs Magistrate’s Court soon,”says Mokheseng.
