Centre needs your help to keep afloat

“We also need donations and sponsors to help us keep the centre afloat.”

Langaville – One doesn’t have to be young to stay healthy, this has been proven by the elders of Thando le Nkosi Day Care Centre.

Every morning the elders in the area come together to exercise to help keep fit and healthy.

Founder of the organisation Nomvula Xcimba says she decided to open the centre in 2014 to cater for the needs of elders and orphaned children.

Nomvula says because they understood that people don’t only need a healthy meal but also need to have a healthy lifestyle, they decided to start exercising.
