KwaThema Striders runners off to Comrades 2019
All Striders runners who participated in the Vaal Marathon qualified for 2019 Comrades Marathon.
KwaThema – KwaThema Striders Athletics Club competed in the Vaal City Marathon last Sunday.
This marathon was a qualifying race for the 2019 Comrades Marathon.
All Striders runners who participated qualified for the Comrades.

The Comrades Marathon Association (CMA) confirmed that entries for next year’s marathon will officially open on October 19.
The qualifying period for the race is from August 2018 and will close on May 2, 2019.
More details pertaining to entries of the 2019 Comrades Marathon will be announced at the official launch of the marathon on October 11.
