Learners at Zamani Primary win Sunbake prizes

Zamani Primary School participated in the Sunbake Back to School Campaign and learners won prizes.

KwaThema – Principal Selby Nkosi says he is extremely proud of the learners and the school for its participation in the competition.

“My sincere gratitude to Fortune Mbuzo, head of department for intermediate phase and project co-ordinator, who co-ordinated the competition with enthusiasm, dedication and commitment.

“They started working on the project in October last year.”

To enter the competition, learners had to collect promotional Sunbake bread bags, bring them to school and complete the entry forms on the back of the bread bags.

“They had to then place their Sunbake bread bags in the Sunbake Collection Bin at the school.”

The learner winners were randomly drawn from all valid entries received.

The school still stands a chance of winning, because the top three schools with the most bags collected will be declared the winners of the container libraries.

“Congratulations to the learners who won different prizes including school bag hampers with juice bottles, lunch boxes, pencil cases and an umbrella.

“The overall winner who collected the most won a R250 Pep Store voucher.”
