Tsakane – Police successfully recovered a BMW, 340i (Blue) that was hijacked in Dalpark on Tuesday afternoon.
It is alleged that the police received a call from the tracker company for back-up while locating the hijacked vehicle.
Tsakane spokesperson Sargent Lerato Mngomezulu says the police searched for the said location by following the cords and shared it with the rest of the cluster.
“The Tsakane Vehicles team joined in the search until the car was found abandoned near a supermarket at Madonsela Street, Tsakane.
“We are proud of our officers for doing their jobs with diligence and protecting the community.
“We are calling on the residents to report all stolen goods to the police and provide all necessary information,” she says.
