This comes after a woman from the community reported on Monday, that the child was allegedly being raped by her father.
“It is believed that the child had been repeatedly raped.
“The last incident she recalls was on October 31 in Extension Three, at an unknown address.

“The child also says in other instances her father would rape her at his workplace,” says police spokesman Capt Thabo Sibuyi.
No arrest has been made but police are investigating further.

Sibuyi adds that the child is currently staying at a place of safety until social workers can decide on what to do.
