Hijacking investigation continues

KwaThema - A complainant (31) driving a Polo Classic was hijacked in the early hours of Saturday morning at about 00.30am.

According to police spokesman Capt Thabo Sibuyi, the complainant from Wright Park was driving his white vehicle from Tsakane when the incident occurred.

“When the complainant reached the corner of Mohlala and Habedi streets, he stopped at the stop sign and adjusted his seat.

“Two men thereafter went on either side of the vehicle and opened the front doors.

“The man on the driver’s side then allegedly took out a firearm and instructed the complainant to jump to the back seat,” he says.
