Duo creep up on driver and hijack vehicle

KwaThema - Two armed robbers managed to hijack and get away with a Polo 6, on Thursday night, in Mthembu Village.

According to police spokesman Capt Thabo Sibuyi, the incident occurred while a driver was sitting in his silver grey motor vehicle at about 8.45pm.

“The complainant, who was on Mabotja Street, was busy on his phone inside the vehicle when he was approached by two unknown men,” says Sibuyi.
