2-1 victory for Alexandra Masters
KwaThema – RDP Masters played host to Alexandra Masters over the weekend during a friendly match.
The game played on Saturday, saw the away side dominating from the onset as they had a clear plan to make their mark and win.
This became more evident when Pakkie Mphela scored the opening goal which put Alexandra in the lead five minutes into the game.
Fifteen minutes later and the away side scored yet another goal by Lucky Skosana, which left RDP players shaken.
The half-time score remained at 2-0.
As the players returned to the field in the second half, the home team seemed more composed and focused.
However, several shots RPD players took on target missed the goalposts.
During the middle of this half, a tactical move from RDP player Manqoba Maphanga saw him score a goal for the home team.
The match ended with Alexandra, walking away with three points.
