The duo allegedly pointed a firearm at him and ordered him to lie down on the back seat of his blue Ford Focus with his face down.
One of the men then drove the car and shortly after, they stopped somewhere and asked the complainant whether the car had a tracker.
As he told them it was fitted with it, they drove off again and took him to a certain house where they attempted to find the tracking device for about two hours.
Afterwards, the suspects took the complainant to another car and dumped him in Heidelberg then left.
The complainant also lost his two cellphones during the incident.
No arrests have been made.
