Home Sweepers show no mercy
KwaThema – The SLFA u/13 League game took place at the KwaThema Sports Complex where Springs Home Sweepers thrashed African Ball Controllers (ABC) 9-0.
Springs Home Sweepers didn’t leave any chance for their opponents to score against them from the first minute of the game.
After a few missed opportunities Home Sweepers tightened their defence and went straight for the attack.
Home Sweepers’ Senzi Ngwenya secured the first goal for his team and Ntokoza Kgomo extended the lead with another goal minutes later.
By the end of the first half Home Sweepers were leading 4-0.
Going into the second half ABC came onto the field in search of goals to equalise but to their dismay it proved more difficult than they anticipated.
Home Sweepers were on a roll, putting goals in one after the other.
Sfiso Masilela scored the first goal in the second half for Home Sweepers, followed by Sibusiso Vilakazi and Nathi Zwane.
When the referee blew the whistle to end the match Home Sweepers were overjoyed about their victory.
