Masimini draws with Tsakane

KwaThema - The Tsamaya game between Masimini and Tsakane Civil Servants ended with a 1-1 draw.

The game was played on Sunday at the Tlakula Ground in KwaThema.

During the first half of the game, Tsakane attacked and defended more than their opponents and Tsakane’s Siphiwe Mdaki managed to net the first goal.

The referee blew the whistle to end the first half of the game with Tsakane still leading 1-0.

After a short break, Masimini showed more energy and tried hard to get an equalising goal.

The team attacked and strengthened their defence, blocking Tsakane from scoring a second goal.

25 minutes into the second half Mongezi Manana of Masimini scored a goal for his team.

His goal brought back hope to the team’s supporters who thought their team was going to be on the losing end of the Tsamaya game.

No team managed to score in the last 20 minutes of the game and the game ended in a draw.
