Sharon Skhosana has formed a Saturday School for all learners from Kwatsaduza from any school in the region.

According to Skhosana she will be mentoring Grade Eight and Nines only to prepare them to the new syllabus.

She says she has a BCom in economics, a post graduated certificate in education and is currently studying electrical engineering.

Skhosana explains she has taught in various schools in Kwatsaduza including Saturday classes and discovered that a lot of students miss out on the core of learning during class.

She adds the aim of her Saturday classes is to bridge the gap between school work and homework for the learners, especially over the weekends.

Skhosana says she will be focusing on probing the learners thinking so they can apply their knowledge when it comes to assessment and not just cram work.
