The community of Kwatsaduza received information on drugs abuse.

The education was by done by Tsakane police in partnership with the crime prevention unit and the youth desk last Friday.

They visited Tsakane Mall before going to Khaya Shopping Centre next to Duduza Rank.

On the day the team distributed pamphlets containing information about rape and substance abuse.

“We want to ensure that our communities, especially the youth, are informed about the consequences of crime and what to do when they have been victims of crimes,” said Tsakane police spokesman Captain Petros Mabuza.

He encouraged the youth to join the local youth organisations that fight against crime and drugs abuse.
