Encouraging entrepreneurship
Up-and-coming Kwatsaduza entrepreneurs were recently advised and motivated on how to grow their businesses.
The Township Entrepreneurs Network (TEN), an entrepreneurial network initiative, was held on Saturday at the Faranani Multi Purpose Centre.
On the day young entrepreneurs were educated, advised and given free information on promoting their businesses.
The topic of the day was business administration.
Delivering a keynote address to the entrepreneurs, business woman Lulu White, emphasised the importance of understanding when and how to put certain business administration initiatives in place in order to help avoid unnecessary costs.
Abi Mbonani, a businessman, also shared the secret about the success of his business.
He said caring for the community where your business is situated, is one of the top ingredients that has taken his business to where it is today.
“Always operate with integrity, honesty and show care for the people who are always giving you the support that you need to grow your business,” said Mbonani.
