Deep Level beaten by Verbal Warning

Verbal Warning punished Deep Level in the Tsamaya Soccer League match on Sunday.

Every team is fighting for a better finish in the Tsamaya Football League first round. On Sunday, about eight teams played at Malandela ground in Tsakane.

One interesting game was between Verbal Warning and Deep Level. Things went well for Deep Level during the first half of the game following the team’s first goal that was put behind the net by Prince Nyawo. The team’s second goal came from Madoda Ntuli.

The two Deep Level goals put more pressure on Verbal Warning and Mzombo Nkosi tricked Deep Level’s goalie and put in the first goal.

The first half ended with Deep Level leading, 2-1. Even though Deep Level was leading in the first half, things changed during the second half.

Attempts to register a win on their name by Deep Level’s players did not succeed. Verbal Warning attacked and strengthened their defence during the second half.

With only a few minutes after the start of the second half, Andries Kope of Verbal Warning scored an equalising goal.

Verbal’s players then continued to fight for yet another goal while not giving the opponent a chance to score. The hard work and pressure by Verbal Warning’s players produced good results for them as Jabulani Ndele did not waste the chance that he got but scored the third for Verbal Warning. At the end of the game, Verbal Warning went home with three goals while Deep Level had two goals.
