NPO provides leadership development

The 12-week training was conducted by Dr Roney Ndala.

Tsakani – Members of the Sithandizingane Care Project celebrated the completion of their 12-week management toolkit training.
The NPO held its graduation ceremony last week Thursday in Withok, Brakpan.
The training covered topics including resolving conflict, team performance and communication.
Facilitator Doctor Roney Ndala said leadership development is important.

“A lot of organisations put people into positions but fail to provide training.
“Leadership training or any kind of training is important for the performance of an organisation.
“When leaders have the correct skill-sets they feel competent and can efficiently influence staff performance,” explained Ndala.
The organisation has 11 departments. It offers early childhood development educational services to assist learners with homework and help with the needs of disadvantaged households.
They also offer youth development skills.
The members who completed the training are Piet Ngwenya, Busisiwe Ngwenya, Nokuthula Thwala, Patrick Mohuba, Nhlanhla Sambo, Fortune Skosana, Lynette Fanoo, Phumzile Khanya, Rose Masanabo-Mokoena and Thembi Aphane.
