“They go through challenges of not having food, clothes and some do not have shelter.?Whatever the cause, they need assistance.

“It is not just about helping the poor, it is about saving the future generation from choosing unethical ways like crime and prostitution and from inheriting the poverty in which they grew up,” explained Mongezi Nkosi, director of the organisation.

The organisation believes assisting the needy is not about what one will gain in return but about changing people’s lives by improving their lifestyle.

The youth of the Rivoni Foundation are appealing to the public to donate towards their cause.

“When you are helping others financially, physically or mentally, you are an example of being selfless and when there is no personal interest, goodness will come back when it is needed.”

The group of young people are committed to providing support to the underprivileged, with the hope to expand to more projects like adopt a child and early childhood development programmes.
